Beginners Bikram Yoga

This practice stimulates the entire body with fresh oxygenated blood and heals the body by releasing toxins and scar tissue. Temperature: 105 degrees. Duration: 90 minutes. All levels are welcome!

Bikram Yoga Flow

This hybrid yoga series is based on the 26 postures + 2 while incorporating the flow of Vinyasa yoga, done in a heated room. Duration: 60 minutes. All levels are welcome!

Vinyasa

This is a combination of sun salutations, breath and movement with music and meditation, designed to develop your range of motion, balance and strength, done in a heated room. Duration: 60 minutes. All levels are welcome!

Yin Yoga

This is a passive and restorative yoga practice that stretches and liberates the connective tissues around the joints. Poses are held for at least 3 minutes to create space for full relaxation, done in a heated room. Duration: 60 minutes. All levels are welcome!

Pilates

This workout is a full body, low impact and high-intensity workout linked to a vibrant music. It tones and strengthens muscles to help burn fat. It’s practiced in a heated room. Duration: 45 or 60 minutes. All levels are welcome!
